Default How can I confirm non-customisation of core Genesis files by outsourcer?

WordPress version: with WordPress 3.2.1.
Theme version: Theme Genesis
Site http://ecubation.com

Sorry if this is a painfully simple question but I just need clarification on how I can ensure that any developer I employ to customise any one of the Studio Press professional child themes has not just edited/altered or changed the core genesis files in any way?

I'm looking for a quick method that won't be too time intensive.

Thanks.
