Default Tool/Service to detect plugins used on specific sites?
WordPress version: with WordPress 3.2.1.
Theme version: Theme Genesis

Is there any online tool or piece of software that can determine which plugins a specific wordpress site is using? Is there anything that would even narrow down what type of plugin a specific wordpress site is using?
