Forum Access/account upgrade

Hi there,

Deepest apologies for adding this thread here but I cannot access the support forums or pm for support. The reason for this is because I aquired genesis lifestyle through brain host and was not given a number to upgrade my account.

Can anyone possibly advise me as to where to go from here, as I do have a small problem with my new site but cannot access the answer in the support threads.
