Looking for how to tutorial on aggregating blog rss feed's

I'm looking for tutorials or guidance on this I have 3 blogs and on LinkedIn profiles you can only add one WordPress blog. the Blog link an application on LinkedIn does this but with ads.. so it defeats my purpose.

Is there a plugin that would allow me to do this " create one more website that simply feeds all your blogs into one page" if I created a sub folder? Then the other question will I get penalized for duplicate content by the search engines?
