Repeating Posts on Homepage

I have the domain http://thegalleyboys.com and am having an issue with repeating posts on the front page. Does anyone have any suggestions at all with what could be wrong with my settings? I am using Tubular Theme.

I am just trying to run a normal blog with 8 posts on the home page with a button at the bottom where users can access previous posts. For example have the first post be larger and then the 8 posts underneath be a bit smaller and all the same size?

Is this in the tubular theme settings or in the editor somewhere?
