Default Creating a new page template?

Hello,
I would like to have the youth page in my website to have different sidebar options than the default template sidebars. Is there a way to do this? Here is the url:http://www.robertfichtinger.com/wordpress/
Right now I've changed the Blog template to have different sidebars and used it to build the Youth page under ministries. I would prefer to add & change the default template but don't know how. Is this the best approach?

Please Help!
Bob
