Do not have permissions?

I just purchased the premium package three days ago. But I'm getting this message:

mfms, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What is going on here? What am I doing wrong?

I purchased the $299 package. It looks like I have a user name but the system does not acknowledge my payment. This appears to be the issue in my opinion. HELP!! This would explain why my web person (I'm paying $25/hr) can not get the theme to work. Please help!
