Help On Deciding Theme For Customizations

I'm looking for some assistance in deciding what is the best theme to use to be able to create the layout & functionality of this site:

1. Which theme would come as close to re-creating this site (at least the home page as a minimum)
2. Which plugin would be best to re-create the slideshow as in the site.
3. Which plugin would be able to duplicate the scroll feature at the bottom ( Explore Services section)
4. Area for links on 3rd half (ie: possibly footer area 1) via widgets possibly.

Overall, I'm looking for which theme would be best to use to be able to duplicate the Jiffy Lube site. Any advice and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
