Parse error

Hi,

Try to upgrade from RM 2.1 to RM 40, when active the theme, got this error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/revolution_magazine-40/home.php on line 154

I checked the code home.php on line 154, it shows: <?php get_footer(); ?>

Any ideas on how to fix the error? currently is using WP version 2.7.1
