Next page the layout as the homepage

Hello,

So here is what I would like to achieve:
1) when going to www.mobilityminded.com
The Homepage with featured content Gallery and under the Featured Content Gallery only the Featured Bottom with 12 articles.
2) you should be able to select "older post", "more posts" or something like that and than you should see the Featured Content Gallery with the next 12 articles. And on the bottom a link for "Newer posts" and a link for "older posts" ... And so on.

I hope I made it clear what I meant. An example can be found on my personal blog (no studiopress theme): http://www.paulwillen.nl

Is there a way to achieve this easily
