I installed Wordpress successfully on localhost, then installed the Associate theme (successfully) and clicked Activate. I go this error message:
Warning: require_once(C:\xampp\htdocs\PG&Co/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\PG&Co\wp-content\themes\associate\functions.php on line 3 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'C:\xampp\htdocs\PG&Co/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\PG&Co\wp-content\themes\associate\functions.php on line 3 I then realised that I hadn't installed the Genesis framework first (oops!). I guess that that is the problem anyway. So I went to unistall the Asscoaite child theme or to install the Genesis framework, but any Wordpress admin page to do with themes results in the same error message. Any thoughts on how I get back to where I was? Is it enough just to delete the Associate theme directory? Thanks Peter |
