Add another category row

Hello everyone. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I would like to add another category row.

If you take a look at my website... http://www.bodypower.ca --- see where it says, "detoxing, fashion, fitness body power, etc...etc.." ok so I want to add another row of categories under that but I'm not sure what I need to do in order to accomplish this task...
