Need Drop down "Browse" & "Filed Under"

I really want drop down lists for my "browse" & "filed under" & maybe even tags at bottom. Because my posts may be listed in many categories it looks really chunky to list them all on the posts.

Anyone who can give me the code for the drop down & in what files they are located in would be my hero!
