Homepage Featured Top Right-Not Uploading

We update our categories in our Homepage Featured Top Right/ Left columns yesterday. Posts in Featured Right column turned ok but left column wouldnt load properly.

We tried resetting settings in "Apearance>Lifestyle Theme Options" but our new settings wouldn't upload well. Now our left column is empty. We tried to let 12 hours pass by before we did it all over again. Same.

Help!
