Default LinkWithin plugin question

Hello,

I have the LinkWithin plugin installed in order to show related posts with thumbnails below every blog post. I would like to change the header text of this widget. On the LinkWithin website, it says:

Quote:
How can I customize the text that appears above the widget?
Modify your HTML template to include the code below:
<script>linkwithin_text='Your custom text:'</script>
Now my question is: what is Lifestyle's HTML template? Where do I fill in this piece of code?

Thanks in advance for your help.
