Browser cache problem?

When I view my site in Chrome it's always up to date.

If I view it in IE (v9 64 bit) or Firefox I have to hard refresh to view new posts or image changes etc. I'm not running any type of cache plugin.

Anyone seen anything like it or know how to fix it please? It's not plugin related, I've disabled them all and still the same...
