refund/exchange

hi i purchased the minimum theme via wordpress.com and decided that wordpress.com could not support my needs so I brought up my own wordpress installation. i would like to know if I can get the minimum theme for a custom installation, or a refund for my wordpress.com minimum theme purchase so that i may purchase the correct version.

my receipt is below:
