Default Best method determining if a site is built on Wordpress/Genesis Framework?

WordPress version: with WordPress 3.2.1.
Theme version: Theme Genesis
Site http://ecubation.com

What’s the best/easiest/most recommended way to determine whether a site is a wordpress/Genesis based site (apart from the obvious indications such as footer links, Wordpress hosted domains revealed by URL’s etc)?

Thanks.
