How can I upload a Video .flv 56.3mb

I have a video that I converted to a ".flv" file for a client site
(www.premierhealthcareplacerville.com

I really do not want it a YouTube as it is their first patient visit video and I would like it directly on their site. If I try to upload it says there is a 8mb limit.

Is there a way I can add this to a page directly?
