Question WordPress 3.2.1 Links and Titles

I figured it would be easy to find info about this via Google search, but haven't been successful. What gives?

The WordPress link builder button (in 3.2.1 at least) plugs the title into the hyperlink in a manner that doesn't work. For instance, let's say I want to link to studiopress.com--using the WordPress button, here is the return when I plug the info into the tool:

<a href="http://studiopress.com" title="Studio Press"></a>

As a fix, I have been plugging in the url only, then manually inserting the Title, so that the link looks like this instead:

<a href="http://studiopress.com" >Studio Press</a>

What am I missing? It must be obvious, since no one else seems to be talking about it... your advice is appreciated.
