Flash Media Playback

After

on and off for a week I watched to a Lynda.com tutorial on Flash. I then discovered Flash Media Playback Setup at
http://www.osmf.org/configurator/fmp/
This made embedding my Flash flv file an absolute breeze! All you have to do is put in a few lines of info and the embed code is created for you...then drop it into the page.

Forget about all those crazy player plug-ins, which I couldn't understand anyway.

So relieved I found this - I had to spread the word.
