Switching Hosting Accounts

Hi,
I need to switch my site over to Blue Host from the membership, tutorial deal that I started out with that offered free hosting with thier membership. I'm canceling the membership. I was told there is a plug in for wordpress that can allow me to upload the files to the new host all at once. DO you you guys know of such a thing and or where to get it.

What's the best way to manage this
