Ads not showing up properly on Home page

Hi
1) My 4 block ads are not showing correctly on homepage of http://www.backtohealthguide.com in sidebar one. Tried different things to rectify it, but to no avail. Help!

2) How can I change the color blue in the large Google ad in sidebar 1?

3) How can I replace the Featured Video block for an ad block?
