Default Can WP-Cycle do this?

I'm trying to emulate a feature that I saw on this website: http://meshcoalition.org/ I plan on using the Agency Child Theme, but I am not sure if it's capable of what I want to do.

On the example website, under "WHAT WE DO", you can click on 5 different tabs. When you click on a specific one, it will rotate the image to the one that goes with that tab.

Using the Agency theme, I'd like to place the images in the Top-Right (Home Featured?) widgeted area, just like in the Demo. Then, in the widgeted area just to the right of that, I want to put 4 tabs of my own. Or, I suppose I could merge those widgeted areas if needed.

Is this a feature that WP-Cycle could handle, or do you guys have any other ideas or Plugins that could accomplish this task?

Thank you all in advance.

Adam
