Putting another category on the hpbottom section on pg. 1

Putting another category on the hpbottom section on pg. 1

I have started putting content on my www.chitchatmagazine.com site. I have included 3 categories on the front page with pics and lines re: articles. They are Health, Women's Health and Education. I want to put another section under Education for another category with 3 more article links. How do I do this. What file and code do I use and will it then be automatically added on the Lifestyle Theme page where I can select the category I want to display and the number of posts.
