Best Location for Most Relevant Adsense?

I'm considering two locations for Adsense, but I want the most relevancy to my content. Would relevancy be increased by placing the Adsense above or below the #header? I'm assuming below the #header, placing it nearer the content, would provide the greatest relevancy.

What do you think?
