help with facebook links

I have this theme for another blog/site, but I also have another one that I
m hoping you can help with.

I now it's not suported anymore, but I figured you may be able to help anyway:

I have theme Tubular theme at www.iOComedyTv.com, and for the most part everything is fine, but when I link any post to facebook by typing in the page url, the description of the post doesn't up. Instead, the general site's description shows up.

Again, I know this theme is not supported but it seems like something simple you may be able to help me with. Pretty please.

For example, I enter this into facebook
http://www.iocomedytv.com/2011/the-felt-kid/

But the description is not being pulled, so I figured it may be a simple code adjustment I'm missing.
