Exclamation Theme license rights

Dear staff,

When I purchase the genesis framework and all of the child themes, am I allowed to remove or edit the theme info? For example, name the child theme to something else and remove the credits in the theme (ex. /*
Theme Name: Fairway Child Theme
Theme URI: http://www.studiopress.com/themes/fairway
Description: Fairway is a two or three column child theme created for the Genesis Framework.
Author: StudioPress
Author URI: http://www.studiopress.com/

Version: 1.0)

And am i allowed and is there a way to hide the genesis options at the wordpress menu.

Because I want to develop websites for clients and don't want them to see these info.

Thank you,

John
