Store Locator Plugin not Geocoding-

I am having a heck of a time getting any store locator plugins to work on my site. I am using Platinum theme and updated WordPress. All plugins are saying failed to geocode. Any suggestions?[ I do not even need a map feature. I just want to be about to have a list of stores come up when searched by state or zip code.
