Changing and working with FONTS

Hello,

This is my first post. I'm getting used to this, and I have to say I really enjoy working with StudioPress.

My questions pertain to FONTS. I followed the tutorial on how to change font types threw out the program. But I cant seem to find the place in the code that allows me to change the FONT type for the TITLES of my blog entries. Check this link...

You can see that the body of text, which is the paragraph I typed out, is not TIMES NEW ROMAN, which is what I want. My question is how do I change the the TITLE (CRIBS - ARAB AMERICAN STYLE), which is now TIMES NEW ROMAN, to something else?

Plus, how do I make that title of the blog entry also be a LINK to another page. I've tries using an HTML code at the title, but it messes up the HOME page.
