Server not found

Hi there,

I've customised my theme, however my site is not showing up I generally get server not found, this is randon and intermittent, and happens across all browsers. I cleared cookes, cache etc, still doesn't work. My work has been checked over and they no found no fault and problem leads to hosting, they have not been able to find a solutions to my problem i wonder if any one here can shed some light on it www.vact-yorks.co.uk
