Change Wordpress url in admin area now cannot log in

I sure hope someone can help me, I thought I had to change the url in word press admin to the url I am sending people to www.healyourselfmagazine.com in the admin area but when I did this it won't let me log in now. It was www.healyourselftalk.com/magazine before I changed the url.

Is there a way to change this back so I can log back in to my word press admin area, or did I just do a major OOPS...what rotten timing too I am launching the site today...while you can see the site online I cannot log in to do posts, or advertisers updates etc....

I sure hope someone on here can help, I don't know where else to ask this questions. Thanks.
