Looking for WP Plugin that does Pop-Ups Upon Click

I'm trying to locate a Wordpress Plugin that will allow you to create a POP-Up Box Upon Click.

Not the typical, go to a page, and a visitor waits, or navigates off screen and there is a Pop-Up or Pop-Over.

Looking for when you Click a "LINK", you a Pop-Up/Over can come up.
That Pop-Up/Over can also be customized by adding content, images, html, etc.

Does anyone know of a working On-Click Pop-up for Wordpress?

I was looking at iframes, or modal windows, but I'm not sure if those are the right solutions.
