Changing the Layout of the Home Page

Hi Guys,
I would like to change the layout of my homepage. My site is a very small locksmith site and will only have a small number of pages and no blog posts. What I would like to do is use the standard page layout for the home page. Like this - http://www.revolutiontheme.com/business/sample-page
Could anyone advise how I might achieve this layout.
