Default How to know if SEO on my site is ok

Here is the site: www.afroscandic.com

How can I know if the SEO on the site is ok. OR how can I improve it?

I got an unsolicited e-mail from a company asking if they could help me with SEO for my site, and I want to hear from somebody from the forum first his/her view about the SEO on this site and what step I should take before considering to talk with the
company.

I am presently using the "All in one SEO" plugin on the site.

Thanks for any insight on this.
