HTML Errors - Diagnose and FIX

I am having issues with my Genesis/Prose site. There appear to be several issues. As a new WP user who has made a decision to use Genesis/Prose/Premise as the foundation for my business I am concerned due to issues with site speed and functionality. My website is not getting much traffic yet but I am already having throttling effect my site. This is how I found that there were (many) problems.

My hosting company (Bluehost) pointed me to http://gtmetrix.com/ to diagnose where I might be having issues. It's a mess. At this point I am not knowledgeable enough to discern if the issues are in the Framework or Child theme, pluggins, or pages. The questions I have are:

Are these things common problems?

How do I prioritize the Fix?

Should I change from a shared hosting service?

Obviously if my site is getting Throttled with 60 page views a day, it will DIE at 600. I am open to learn. . .. . .
