Sidebar & categories

Hi, asked things on the previous forum:

1. a code that will show the posts's titles on the upper part of each category

2. if it is possible to have 2 catgory boxes in the sidebar but each box to show specific categories! Because if i just double the code of a "box", it will show the same catgories in each box!
