Is there an Offline Blog Editor With Custom Field Capacity

Does anyone know of an offline blog editor that has custom field image capacity?

One program that allows you to post to more than one blog at a time and also has an easy way to find categories is Blogjet, but you cannot use this program to process custom field images. If you want to assign custom image fields, you have to access your wordpress dashboard the usual way from your browser.

I am wondering if anyone knows of an offline blog editing and posting program that allows you to enter custom image fields.
