Home Page Problems

I set up my website a while ago using Streamline 3.0 classic. I am having trouble with the home page. When you go to the website at http:artandcuisineadventures.com everything looks fine. If you go to another page and then click back to the Home page, you get a double header bar.

How can I eliminate this?

I had also set this up so you could click on the header and get back to the home page and that is not doing it now.

Using Wordpress 3.2.1
