Redirect Old Static Site to New WordPress Site

I am replacing a static HTML site with a new WordPress site - this is a completely new site which will reside on a new host.

What plugin or utility should I use to redirect specific pages from the old site to their corresponding pages on the new site?

I'm trying to both help visitors with existing bookmarks and not lose SEO value.
