Advertisement adsense disappear

I tried many times to locate the source of the problem of why the "advertisement 120x600 adsense" dissapeared.

I found out that if i add the adsense code for "300x250" in the option menu. The advertisement 120x600 dissapeared for the page where u read the post. The homepage was ok though.
