Home Page missing "featured" rotating images & video

I've imported the Church.xml file via Tools - but my church homepage doesn't have the same content as the template shows (such as the "Featured Article" rotating image section, the YouTube video on the right, etc). I've downloaded the template a few times to get a fresh start and started a fresh database - but having no luck. Running Xammp locally.....any suggestions guys?
