How to upload LIFESTYLE theme

Hello, I want to use my wordpress thru hosting and FTP, I using Bluehost. I bought the LIFESTYLE theme and in my hosting does not turn on, so I need desperately to know how to do it!!! Please help me. The thing is, how to get the hole theme in a zip file. Other wise I should ask for a

refund
