Web site is keep getting hacked

My web site is keep getting hacked. This is happening almost every week now. my site address is www.jasuntech.com and it is hosted by justhost. Every time this happens, I have to contact them to restore and it takes them 24 hours. justhost says that it is a wordpress problem. Please help.
