Adding Amazon Quick Linker Widget

I am an Amazon affiliate and as I was looking up some different ways to make linking easier on my site, I found code for the Quick Linker Widget. I don't think is a widget like wordpress widgets but I am not sure where the code should be pasted. This is the code:

Anyone know where I should paste this? Or, should I be installing a plugin instead?
