feature video question

feature video is usually a youtube video... if you add the code &autoplay=1 in the text it will start up with the home page starts.. and also anytime you change a page it starts over.

it there a command or code where you can autostart when someome comes to the home page and it will stay playing even when they switch pages.. without it starting over..
