Suggestions on Store Plugins please

Hi again community!

I'm developing for a local business a new website. They decided tonight they would like a store product listing, but don't want to take orders right now. The website they gave me as an example is

Any idea of a plugin that will do the "Call for in-store availability" instead of an add to cart? They eventually want to turn it on, but aren't quite ready for that.
