Need access to support forums

Ok so when I came to the site I just initially signed up (what a great deal!) and then came to the forums.

I then registered here on the forums.

So now I have a few hours free and templates to work with but no way to figure out how the heck they work because I don't have access to the support forums.

For instance I am looking to figure out how to get the images in the Revolution Office carousel to show up. I gather that you have to use a certain category - but Ican't get it to work. I assume it involves the custom fields - but have no idea.

Can someone help me get my forum account linked up with my membership so I can get some info - thanks.
