Default Gravity Forms v/ cFormsII

I saw that Gravity forms is making a change to their licensing and support starting May1 so if I decide to buy in I should do so before that date. I have never used gravity forms before. I tried the demo and felt it was probably a bit easier than cFormsII. For me this isn't all that important since I'm very comfortable with cFormsII, but for clients I can see how it would be good to have a better interface.

Has anyone used both form creation systems and how do you feel they stack up against each other? Is it worth jumping in to get a developer license with them when cFormsII is free?
