Still trying to put unique right sidebar info for each page!

Hey guys, I'm still trying to get the unique right sidebars to work with the different pages. Here's the url again: www.hummingbird-estates.com

I'm wondering if I hard code a new individual PAGE file with a new sidebar div (renaming each new page file differntly), is there a way with php to call each new individual page file? Or this way more complicated than just trying to call a unique sidebar?
